Return Policy
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Holiday merchandise and food or beverage items are final sale and non-refundable. Proof of purchase is required. Items must be unused and in original condition. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of receiving item(s) by emailing team@ppkdfl.com. Please allow up to 2 days for us to process your claim.
