Mission Fig Dark Balsamic
Made with natural figs and our 12-year balsamic vinegar from Modena, our aged fig balsamic vinegar is thick and ripe, bursting with fig flavor. Great harmony, rich and full of fig flavor.
GREAT to pair with our Mushroom Sage, Herbs de Provence, Garlic or Blood Orange Olive Oil. It makes a great base for a BBQ sauce recipe and is also wonderful drizzled over cheese.
